There was something very special about playing hockey on the frozen pond.

Heading down to the Pond with your skates over your shoulder. You and hockey buddies pushing the newly fallen snow off the Pond, setting the boots as goal posts, and hearing the imaginary roar of the crowd as you score the first goal! It just doesn’t get any better than this!

The script is perfect…Pond Hockey with a team of close friends, the setting is spectacular with Whiteface Mountain overlooking Mirror Lake, the competition spirited and intense, and add into the mix the atmosphere of the Olympic site and the 1980 Gold Medal Victory.

A Unique happening is about to take place. Be there to experience what hockey is all about. This will be a nostalgic weekend you will never forget.

OUR SPECIAL PACKAGES INCLUDE EVERYTHING...

A world class setting, Lake Placid, NY “Where Miracles Happen”.
A gathering of 50 plus teams from all over North America playing on sun glistening rinks (approximately 135 X 65) on Mirror Lake and one evening game under the lights of the World Famous Olympic Oval at the edge of the Olympic village.
4 on 4 games with 6 person teams (no goaltenders).
4 Guaranteed Round Robin Games, starting Friday morning, plus Medal Round Games. 40 minute running time non-stop constant movement games (a 5 minute break between two periods). 2 games on Friday and 2 games on Saturday. Medal games on Sunday morning.
Distinct age divisions: 21+…30+…40+…50+…60+
Separate Women’s and Co-Ed divisions.
Your choice of a Team Entry Fee (per player rate) or a great Hotel, Food and Party Gold Package at the best accommodations in Lake Placid…Golden Arrow on the Lake. The Silver Package provides the same features as the Gold Package but staying at the Northwoods Inn on Main Street just a few steps to Mirror Lake.
Rousing Tournament Party, one hour open bar, and the famous Lake Placid Talent Show starring all the Tournament Teams. Tournament Highlight Video Show is the climax of the evening!
After Game beverage for all team members and festive atmosphere at Tournament Central, located at the Golden Arrow Resort, all within skating distance from the Lake.

Gold Package

Gold Package price includes 3 nights first class accommodations at the Golden Arrow Resort, 2 breakfasts, tournament party, player after game beverage, and most importantly, entry into the Pond Tournament.

Silver Package

Silver Package price includes 2 nights accommodations at the Northwoods Inn, 2 breakfasts, tournament party, player after game beverage, and most importantly, entry into the Pond Tournament.

Tournament Only Fee

Includes entry into Pond Tournament, player after game beverage, and Tournament Party. Based on a 6 player team.
