TEAM DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $500 deposit will be charged to your credit card when your registration is accepted. The $500 team deposit is not an extra fee.  If you paid the team deposit, you can apply it to your balance or it can be divided between the players. If the team paid the $500 deposit, it can be returned to the team 30 days after the tournament is over. Just let us know how you would like it applied.

HOTEL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

The Las Vegas Challenge Cup is a Tournament Only Fee. Please consider the service below should your team require hotel accommodations.

CAN/AM Hockey has partnered with RoomRoster for our 2018 Las Vegas tournaments. The RoomRoster software allows your team to stay at the hotel of your choice. The only requirement is that all reservations are made through this tournament management software. You will benefit from booking any hotel in the local area that has availability* and enjoy current online rates or better. You will be required to pay a small reservation deposit now and pay the remaining balance at check-in.

*Once your team has been uploaded into the RoomRoster system the team contact will be able to make a block at one of the contracted hotels, or request a block at any nearby hotel with availability.

DEADLINES

All tournament related materials are due 60 days prior to the Tournament Date.  All final balances are due 30 days prior to the Tournament Date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If an entire team cancels, there will be no individual or team refunds issued. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the Tournament is over. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the Tournament.
