Arena Facilities
Campers will experience the thrill and challenge of training on the ice surfaces of the Lake Placid Olympic Center. On this surface over 40 years ago a group of athletes, facing incredible odds, attained their goal and reached the ultimate achievement, the Gold Medal, a symbol of the best. This Olympic hockey tradition sets the standard for each camper’s performance on the ice. Permanent locker rooms provide the pre and post-game group interaction that is a vital part of the “team” concept. Across from the Olympic facility is a full line pro shop providing skate sharpening, equipment purchase and repair. Campers truly leave camp with a feeling that they have been on the ice in a very special place!
