CAN/AM Reservation Insurance
Customers may purchase reservation insurance through CAN/AM Hockey, insuring any reservations and registration fees against cancellation. Any insured reservation that is cancelled will be entitled to a full (100%) refund of all fees paid, less insurance charges pursuant to the stipulations below. Payments and fees associated with any uninsured cancelled reservations are non-refundable.
A customer may cancel an individual, insured reservation without penalty up to the Monday prior to the start of the event. If a reservation is canceled the week of your scheduled event there will be a penalty assessed equal to the initial room deposit and/or one or more room nights, depending upon your event location. In the event of an unannounced cancellation (no show) or cancellation on day of arrival, no moneys are refundable. Insurance also entitles customers to a refund should they cancel additional guests from a reservation. Cancellations of individual guests can be made up until the start of the event. In the event of an unannounced cancellation (no show), no moneys are refundable.
Reservation insurance is not applicable should an entire team cancel. Should a team be unable to participate in an event, all policies related to that team will be considered null and void. *CAN/AM reserves the right to review each case based on the merit of its circumstances.
Each reservation is subject to a unique policy. Guests with multiple room reservations must purchase insurance for each reservation in order to cover each reservation under this policy.
Insurance costs are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not applicable for future credit.
Insurance must be purchased at the time of your initial reservation deposit.
