Reservation Insurance

Pandemic Cancellation Policy

Should CAN/AM Hockey be forced to cancel an event due to the pandemic, 100% of all fees paid will be credited to a future event. All fees and reservations may be insured against cancellation. Any reservation for which the insurance was purchased will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid less the cost of the insurance.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds on payments for cancellations within 30 days of the Tournament. All fees and reservations may be insured against cancellation. Any reservation for which the insurance was purchased will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid less the cost of the insurance.

CAN/AM Reservation Insurance

Customers may purchase reservation insurance through CAN/AM Hockey, insuring any reservations and registration fees against cancellation. Any insured reservation that is cancelled will be entitled to a full (100%) refund of all fees paid, less insurance charges. Payments and fees associated with any uninsured cancelled reservations are non-refundable.

A customer may cancel an individual, insured reservation without penalty up to four days prior to the start of the event. Within four days, a cancellation will be refunded all funds paid over and above the initial non-refundable reservation deposit. In the event of an unannounced cancellation (no show), insured reservations will be subject to a penalty equivalent to the original deposit plus a minimum of one room night. Insurance also entitles customers to a refund should they cancel additional guests from a reservation. Cancellations of individual guests can be made up until the start of the event.
Reservation insurance is not applicable should an entire team cancel or withdraw within 30 days prior to the event. Should a team be unable to participate in an event, all policies related to that team will be considered null and void.

Each reservation is subject to a unique policy. Guests with multiple room reservations must purchase insurance for each reservation in order to cover each reservation under this policy.
Insurance costs are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not applicable for future credit.
Insurance must be purchased at the time of your initial reservation deposit.

Credit and Refund Rules
