Resident Camper
Accommodations
All Resident Campers will be staying at the Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort, located on Main Street, a 2-minute walk from the Olympic Center.
Normally, check-in at the hotel is 3 PM. The resort will make every effort to have your room ready. If you do arrive early, they may be able to store your baggage until your room is available.
Roommates
Since your Camp fee is based upon two people to a room, you will be assigned a compatible roommate. If you are traveling with a friend or meeting someone at Camp, be certain to list that person on your Room & Roommate Request Form. Otherwise, just fill out the portion of the form that provides us with some insight into your personal preferences, i.e. non-smoker, early riser, etc.
Some Campers simply prefer to have a single room. The single room upgrade is also available to campers wanting to bring a friend, spouse or the whole family. This request should be noted on your form.
Meals
All Resident Campers will enjoy a Thursday Meet and Greet reception. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday breakfasts will be served at the hotel restaurant. Friday Dinner and a Saturday Banquet will also be held at a local restaurant. Location will be shared prior to camp start.
