The Tournament headquarters will be located in the lobby of the South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena, where you’ll find posted standings, locker room assignments, souvenirs, and friendly CAN/AM staff. This is also where your Team Rep will check in before your first game and receive additional tournament instructions, along with special player souvenirs for each participant.
All games will be held at the South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena and Tahoe Blue Event Center. Your game schedule will be available about a week before the Tournament. Teams are guaranteed four games, with play beginning Friday at 8:00 AM. After round-robin play, the top four teams in each division will advance to the Sunday Medal Championship games. By Saturday night, the matchups will be set—will your team make it to the Medal Games on Sunday morning? The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medal Games will conclude by late afternoon on Sunday.
In every division, players will receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze CAN/AM Championship medals. Gold Medal winning teams will also take home a special Challenge Cup Championship plaque and a first-place CAN/AM banner to display in their home arena.
Throughout the weekend, the CAN/AM Staff will be readily available to assist you, providing guidance, answering questions, and offering suggestions. Our mission is to help you make the most of this special hockey weekend. Win or lose, we’re committed to delivering an unparalleled hockey experience for your team. The Challenge Cup is a professional event designed for amateur players, and we can’t wait to host your team in Lake Tahoe!
