Adult Camp

July 20-26 Skaters Goalies Men Women Resident Day

The stunning Niagara region is a perfect backdrop for a hockey camp and a memorable getaway. Prepare for an incredible weekend filled with expert instruction, outstanding staff, and exceptional programming.

Campers will stay at Ridley College, one of Canada’s most prestigious prep schools, and get to experience what it’s like to live on a campus with a rich history and exceptional facilities. On-ice training will take place in Ridley’s on-campus arena, offering top-tier facilities for maximizing player development. Campers will also enjoy the spacious outdoor fields and have access to indoor gyms and courts for all off-ice training.

Located in the heart of Niagara, our camp location enhances every element of your experience. CAN/AM offers more than just a camp, it's a summer getaway in one of Ontario’s most picturesque and dynamic locations.

Make this summer unforgettable in Niagara!

Our Goal

Our Hockey Camp is tailored for players at every level, offering the expert coaching and guidance you need to elevate your game. Led by a team of seasoned instructors with a specialization in adult hockey development, you’ll receive personalized instruction to refine your skills.

Our targeted drills focus on the core areas of improvement: skating, stickhandling, passing, shooting, and positional play, ensuring you build a well-rounded game.

In addition to on-ice station training, you'll participate in small area games and controlled scrimmages, where coaches provide immediate, actionable feedback from both the bench and on the ice. One-on-one interactions with our knowledgeable coaches allow for deep, individualized attention to your progress, ensuring you not only improve but also enjoy the process.

Outside of on-ice training, our Q&A sessions offer you the unique opportunity to tap into the mind of your coach. Curious about power play strategy, or how to handle the puck effectively when it's coming along the boards? Better yet, where to position yourself to get the puck more often? For goalies, gain insights into the shooter's mentality on a breakaway. These discussions provide the deeper understanding that leads to real progress.

While online instructional videos can be helpful, they often lack cohesion and context, making it difficult to connect the dots between skills. Watching a video is one thing, executing the skills with precision and receiving real-time feedback is where true improvement happens. That's where CAN/AM Adult Hockey Camps stand apart. We offer a structured curriculum that connects the dots and focuses on repetition, with coaches available to give instant, meaningful feedback to maximize every session.

This summer, don’t miss the chance to take your game to new heights with CAN/AM Hockey Camps.

Typical Week

Our program kicks off on Sunday afternoon with registration, a brief orientation, and an evening ice session, followed by a meet-and-greet reception. From Monday to Friday, you'll enjoy two ice sessions daily, along with a lecture on strategy and playmaking, plus designated off-ice training activities.

The first ice session each day focuses on individual skills such as power skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting. The second session dives into positional play and game strategy. Small area games and instructional scrimmages offer valuable opportunities for coaches to provide real-time feedback from behind the bench, helping you refine your play and become a smarter player on the ice.

Each day includes engaging lectures, off-ice training, and recreational activities, all scheduled around the on-ice sessions. Optional ice times offer extra opportunities for skill development.

The week wraps up with a dinner banquet for all campers and staff on Friday evening.
